Backup Care for Children & Adults
School is closed. A child gets sick. A parent breaks a hip. The nanny goes on vacation. A spouse has surgery. Life happens.
Unlike some legacy backup care offerings, Care@Work doesn't prioritize filling day care center vacancies when providing your employees with backup care options. We offer complete choice and transparent access to quality backup care, whenever and wherever your people need it. Whether that's in-home or in-center ‐ it's up to them.
To meet the increasing demand for backup care services, Care@Work has the fastest-growing network of backup care providers and we are able to nimbly scale our network to match our clients' needs. For in-home backup care, we have priority access to Care.com's care providers. From those providers, we select and vet the most qualified candidates to ensure they meet our high standards to join the Care@Work backup caregiver network. For out-of-home backup care, our network is comprised of leading national, regional, and local child care centers who meet our rigorous standards for service and quality of care. Finally, to enable full choice and program flexibility, if your employees have preferred care providers outside of the Care@Work network, we make it easier for them to use those providers for backup care as well.
Our award-winning technology combined with our consumer-first approach makes it easy for your employees to secure backup care based on their personal preferences and schedule. They can book care through the Care@Work mobile app or website, or speak with our dedicated team of customer service professionals who are available 24x7 year-round.
