About Kristen

I am a licensed PTA by profession. I have a certificate in behavioral therapy as well as a background in personal training. I worked for my mom while I'm college. She owned a residential cleaning business and "being meticulous" was part of her slogan. As a single mom working full-time I was also involved in being a caregiver to my great-grandmother and grandfather in their last years; grandma had a diagnosis of Parkinson's and dementia while my (great)grandfather was cardiovascularly compromised and dependent on oxygen. I assisted with their daily care as well as housecleaning, grocery shopping, medication management and running errands. I have worked in the skilled nursing setting as a physical therapist assistant for 11 years. I have a passion for helping others, both physically and emotionally. I have both heart and skill to offer
