About Rachael

While I don't have paid experience working with seniors, I have life experience. Originally in high school, I thought I was going to go to college to become a nurse. I took a vocational course about Health Occupations where I learned how to utilize equipment required to assist an elderly patient, such as a wheelchair or gait belts. I also spent a lot of time visiting my grandparents while they needed medical attention. I took care of tedious household tasks that could be harmful if they were to have fallen or bumped into something. We did puzzles, played card games, and listened to music. Kept each other company. I love being able to give back to others. I love being around people. And I would treat your family members if they were my own.
