Hi, I'm Vernetta - an Educator, Governess Nanny 20+ years devoted to educating, nurturing and developing young minds. I believe childhood is not merely a stage to supervise; it is where identity, intellect, confidence and emotional well-being take shape. My work bridges education, nurture and developmental expertise, allowing me to recognize not only what a child is learning, but how they think, communicate, regulate and respond to the world around them. I see the whole child and translate what I observe into purposeful action. Through intentional observation and individualized scaffolding, I cultivate executive functioning, cognitive flexibility, critical thinking, self-regulation, autonomy, and confidence - capacities that prepare children not simply to perform, but to think, discern, adapt, and lead.
