Hi families! My name is Stephanie, a nursing student based in New York, With a foundation in pediatric care and a passion for helping children thrive. As a future pediatric nurse, I view every childcare opportunity as not just a job, but a meaningful way to support a child's health, development, and joy. I have clinical experience from working in a children's ward as a CNA, skilled in recognizing safety risks, managing routines, and creating emotionally secure environments. I listen to children, respect their individuality, and keep things fun! Strong communication with both children and parents, keeping you updated and confident in your child's care. As a nursing student, I'm trained to think ahead, act responsibly, and respond calmly in all kinds of situations.
