About Erin

I bring 2 years of infant/toddler experience, plus nearly a year working on emotional regulation with autistic children. That work deepened something I already knew from my own life as a neurodivergent person: co-regulation-helping a child feel safe in their body-is the foundation of a healthy child. And that is the lens I bring to infant care-prioritizing emotional safety & 1-on-1 connection. A baby's first form of communication is through their nervous system-through fussiness, tension, ease. Myy responsibility is to read that accurately & respond with a warm, attuned presence that helps their whole system settle and return to safety, not just quiet down. My values lie in real connection that is free of rigid schedules, divided attention, or overstimulation. Working in structured settings has shown me what gets lost when a child is one of many. I offer undivided attention instead, one caregiver, fully present, adapting to your family's actual rhythms, not a program's.
