About Phoebe

My tutoring experience comes from working individually with students over the years, and also from working with children and teens in other environments. I'm a math major at Colorado College and as such I feel I can most effectively tutor in math subjects, but I also have experience and proficiency in tutoring in English, writing, and literature subjects, as well as earlier science courses. Additionally, I've tutored some students with learning disabilities. I can especially help elementary and middle school students with most subjects and general homework aid. I have also tutored math classes through calculus to high-school students and younger, and can help with pretty much any math subject. I love working with kids and derive a great satisfaction from helping them learn, on top of which I have always in the past created good relationships with my student and I feel I can successfully motivate and help students to learn. I'd prefer not to publicly post the information of the families and parents I have previously worked for (for the sake of their privacy), but I will gladly provide references if you request them personally.
