About Nichole

My name is Nichole and I am looking to support your family member so they can remain comfortably in their home and provide support however they need to maintain a good quality of life. I have over a decade of experience serving individuals with special needs. As a direct support staff, supervisor, and HAB provider I have experience understanding non-vocal-cues, anticipating needs, and determining the causes of what may be bothering an individual so we can do what is necessary so that their needs are met. I have a non-vocal step son with significant needs and disabilities, and my grandfather recently passed away from Parkinson's/Dementia. I am willing to help care for your loved one's basic needs while maintaining dignity, ensuring safety, and helping them to thrive during this time in their life.
