Hi! I'm Sarah :) I'm a reliable, devoted companion with a great sense of humor and a dedication to meaningful, service-oriented work. I have a wide range of caregiving experience, including dementia care. I feel my greatest strength in this work is my empathy and my ability to meet others exactly where they are. I have a background in health and nutrition and love to cool colorful, healthy meals for my clients [when required]. I like to bring inspiration, love, and joy during my visits, not just practical help. It's very important to me that my clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for... and I believe that they do! I'm happy to run errands, help with meals, provide transportation to appointments, help with housework, play games, go on walks, support with medication, offer a tender ear/emotional support, etc. I'm a non-smoker, have a crystal clear background, and a clean driving record.
