About Megan

There is nothing else that fulfils me more than teaching. Learning can be a frustrating experience, but seeing a student light up when they finally realize a new concept and relate it to what they already know makes it all worthwhile. I remember working with students who thought they would never understand the material that they were learning. Each student that I met with was unique in both personality and learning style and has helped me adapt my teaching style. I hope to continue to inspire and help students find their own confidence and independence with their learning. I want my students to be able to find connections between what they are learning and their previous knowledge and life experiences. Finding the answer is not easy without guidance and my goal as a teacher is to provide what my students need to become more aware of who they are as independent learners.
