About Kayla

Hi! I'm 25 and completing graduate school for occupational therapy. I've babysat since age 12 and have experience with children from infancy through high school, including children with autism, cerebral palsy, sensory differences, and higher support needs. My experience includes babysitting, teaching swim and dance, elementary school and daycare settings, and a year working professionally at a school for children with autism. I'm CPR/AED & First Aid certified, have my own car, and am comfortable with meals, play, homework, bedtime, dressing, feeding, toileting, transportation, errands, and organizing. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and adaptable. I follow each family's routines while encouraging fun, learning, movement, creativity, and independence. My OT education adds to my caregiving perspective, though I cannot provide independent skilled OT services. Above all, I want your loved one to feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.
