About Kaylee

I have over 15 years of experience working in childcare, including several years in a school setting as well as serving as a camp coordinator. I earned my B. A. from William Paterson University and am currently pursuing my master's degree in school counseling. I have experience working with children of all ages and a wide range of abilities and disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and learning differences. My background has allowed me to develop a strong, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting each child's individual needs. I take a calm, compassionate, and engaging approach, helping kids feel safe, understood, and supported while also keeping them active and involved. I value building trusting relationships with both children and families and creating a positive, structured environment. I am currently a full-time graduate student completing my program online, which allows for a flexible schedule. I am available most days and evenings, with the exception of Sundays.
