About Kathleen

I have experience with elementary, middle, and high school settings in both California and North Carolina. Tutoring has always supplemented my teaching career. I taught Spanish I and II at Providence High School, Butler High School, Charlotte Catholic, and Crestdale Middle School. My primary specialty is Spanish, however I am also qualified to assist younger children with English and Social Studies. I am a very down to earth and personable person with a love of education that is engaging and inspirational. I am passionate about teaching and empowering my students on a daily basis. My goal is to instill a love of lifelong learning and make subjects less intimidating and accessible for all. Parents and students alike have regarded me as having an natural ability to make learning fun and interesting. I look forward to speaking with you!
