I show up to conflict with gentleness and curiosity. When I use trauma informed care, I consider that the person ma be reacting to something or doing something out of a trauma response. I love connecting with the kids that I am working with so that we can all have fun. I make connection through creativity and play like painting, playing with cars and or drawing with sidewalk chalk. I am also available to help with Light Housekeeping, meal preparation, Laundry and homework.
