I describe my personality as compassionate , caring, and hardworking person who puts a lot of value on family and helping others. I'm patient, dependable, and naturally nurturing, which has helped me build strong connections with children, families, and people who need support. I'm someone who is always willing to learn, take on challenges, and find solutions. I have a big heart, a strong sense of responsibility, and I truly enjoy making others feel cared for. My experience working with children, including children with disabilities, has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and understanding each child's unique. I started working with kids about 7 years ago, and it has been such a rewarding experience.
