Hi! I am a very reliable, patient, and high-energy person who has approximately 40 years of experience caring for children, from infants to teenagers. With me, your children will receive appropriate care, and I'm willing to do additional other tasks if requested. Personally, I'm an organizer, planner, and multitasker, so minimum supervision is required. With all my skills and experience, I'm able to provide a supervised, safe, and stable environment for your little ones.

Diane is truly a gift! She is an absolute blessing to our family and we are incredibly thankful to have her in our lives! She has been working with us 3+ days per week for 6 months (and counting) - She is amazing with our 3 young children. She is extremely organized, dedicated, caring, communicative, punctual and so much more!  She cares for our children as an extension of our parenting styles and enhances their lives daily! We were couple of overwhelmed, new parents who needed help on a weekly basis. That’s when we found Diane! She has been a wonderful addition to our family. Our son loves her, and my husband and I can get a little break knowing he is being watched by trusted hands. Diane is extremely punctual, kind and has the most calm demeanor. She takes clear communication very seriously, and we appreciate it as new parents. My husband and I feel so fortunate to be working with her and would recommend her to any family.

We had Diane come in for a week and watch our child while we were working. She is reliable and responsible. Our child felt cared for and had fun around her. She is punctual and very understanding. So lucky to have found her.

I am so thankful I found Diane! She was on-time, enthusiastic, and sweet with our 7 month old baby girl. We felt very comfortable leaving our daughter with her, and have used her several times. She is excellent. Very warm and set our hearts at ease the minute she walked in the door. I am a first time mom and always anxious to leave her but Diane sends texts and photos to update me and it always helps ease my anxiety seeing the fun she’s having when I’m gone. 

Diane has been a wonderful addition to our family! Our kids took to her right away and she treats them like her own. She helps engage our two year old in learning, and not only helps with child care but helps with the kids laundry and dishes which is so very helpful in our hectic schedule. We are so thankful to have her.

Diane came for an in-person interview and talking through routines.  In-person she agreed to a trial week and coming for the following days.  I paid her for her time that day, however, 15 minutes after she left she informed me the job wasn't a good fit for her.  Her in-person communication was very misleading and I was disappointed in the experience.

Diane was our full time nanny for 2 months, and we were so incredibly happy with her! She took very good care of our 2 year old boy, including meals, nap, playing outside. She also did his laundry and kept the house very clean and organized! Very reliable and punctual. Very responsive and a good communicator. Highly recommend!

Diane has watched our little guy twice now and we will certainly be using her again in the future. She's very responsive and punctual, kind, friendly, and is great with our toddler. Would highly recommend!

We initially hired Diane for temporary care but have ended up utilizing her On multiple occasions. We love her, she is nothing short of amazing & our son enjoys her company as well. It's difficult finding dependable, reliable & safe care but Diane checks all those boxes. She is an absolute Godsend.

Diane is a blessing to any family who is lucky enough to work with her! She started with us when my youngest was a newborn and my kids absolutely love her. She is flexible when things come up but doesn't often need to make scheduling changes herself. She is friendly and professional. I am picky about who I bring into my home and who cares for my children. With Diane, I always knew my kids were safe and well cared for. I would have had Diane care for my children forever if I could!!

Diane has been a godsend for my family! She is great with my 20 month old son and has really helped with the transition from me staying at home full time to working part time again. I'm thankful we found her!

My husband travels for work and when he does come home last minute, Diane is always available to come and watch my 19 month. She's very reliable, trustworthy and punctual. I would highly consider her for a hire.

I have never met a more reliable, hard working, and caring person than Diane. I put out an ad searching for a babysitter when my life was in shambles. Her only job was to watch my child, but she did the dishes, laundry, cleaned, and talked with me anytime I needed a shoulder to lean on. She helped me get back on my feet and to a healthier place and I will never be able to pay her back for the way she deserves. On a scale of 1-10, she's a 20.

Pros- good with my baby, they got on well; nice/hardworking/punctual 

Cons-on Thursday she told us she decided to work full time with another family, giving us 4 days to find someone new

Naps were a challenge...we're transitioning from 2 to 1 nap and we go by wake windows. She struggled to change nap times/duration depending on when baby woke up for the day/projected bedtime. This led to an uncomfortable conversation (and condescending texts on her part including comparing us to other families and kid's naps).

Seemed uncomfortable with us working from home.

Diane is a great fit for you If you want someone who you can hand your kid over to and don't have many requests/particular ways you do things/want to let someone else take the reins, but consider having a backup plan because although I was surprised she dropped us so suddenly, mine was not the first family this happened to here.

Overall-Nice lady, good with baby, hard to read, rigid, may leave you in the lurch

Diane is absolutely wonderful and worth every penny. My 9- month-old baby boy adores her. Not to mention, she organized my pantry and tidied up better than I have been able to do myself! I am so excited for her to come again and give me a much needed break.

I would never recommend her for anyone. 30 minutes in, she just up and walked out. With zero communication. Because there wasn't a chair in the playroom and didn't like our dogs? I could have grabbed a chair but most people are playing with my son.
Who does that? I'm not even a month postpartum. She was here to watch my 13 month old so I could be with the NEWBORN baby and work from home. She also lost him already prior to that and didn't even realize it. She was more concerned about finding the front door to get her bag. I had to ask her 5 times where my son was before she heard me or even realized he was missing. A toddler is quick and will always find something to get into. My boy is very active. 
So here I am, left alone for the day last minute with a newborn and a 13 month old trying to work. 
I've never ever experienced anything like that or heard about anything like that.
