I graduated with my BS in Health Science in 2020 and am currently getting my masters in nursing at Simmons. I recently had a baby so I'm taking a year off from my studies so I can spend time with my child, but will be returning to my nursing program next Summer. During my time as an undergraduate student I gained extensive skills as a lead infant daycare teacher where I was in charge of creating lesson plans to help develop key cognitive and physical attributes. I was responsible for caring for up to 5 infants below the age of 1. I was also responsible for keeping a clean, well sanitized safe area as well as providing a loving nurturing environment. During my time at Simmons I spent hundreds of clinical hours in hospital and classroom settings learning intensive healthcare techniques that are invaluable to childcare. I am infant & child CPR certified as well as COVID-19 vaccinated
