About Emma

I graduated with my BS in Health Science in 2020 and am currently getting my masters in nursing at Simmons. I recently had a baby so I'm taking a year off from my studies so I can spend time with my child, but will be returning to my nursing program next Summer. During my time as an undergraduate student I gained extensive skills as a lead infant daycare teacher where I was in charge of creating lesson plans to help develop key cognitive and physical attributes. I was responsible for caring for up to 5 infants below the age of 1. I was also responsible for keeping a clean, well sanitized safe area as well as providing a loving nurturing environment. During my time at Simmons I spent hundreds of clinical hours in hospital and classroom settings learning intensive healthcare techniques that are invaluable to childcare. I'm looking for an opportunity that will allow me to care for my child while also caring for yours so that I can continue providing for my family over the next year
