Hi! My name is Sadie and I am a social work student at SU. I will be graduating with my Bachelor's degree in May and returning to Simmons for my Master's degree this September. My focus of practice is reproductive health and perinatal mental health. My love for working with children and families is what brought me to this career. In my family, I was known as the "mini mom". Since I was very young, I have loved caring for little ones. My first word was "baby"! Since I was in middle school, I have worked as a babysitter and nanny for several families, including a child who requires extensive medical care. Additionally, I have worked as an infant teacher in a daycare, where I would also work with children up to the age of 4. I love building relationships with the children and families I provide care for and watching little ones grow. It is so special to be part of their development! Sadie nannied for us this past summer, and our two-year-old absolutely loved her. She was extremely reliable, warm, and easy to be around from the moment we met her. She jumped right in with our son, and he welcomed her with open arms. Sadie is completely trustworthy, and I never had to think twice about leaving my child in her care. She kept him busy with outdoor play, long walks, and even little visits to the local coffee shop or juice bar while we were at work. I always loved receiving the photos she sent of their daily activities. She is a complete natural with children, and we truly miss having her around. We would 100% recommend Sadie and would absolutely use her again if she were still living in our area. We are so excited for her new adventure in Boston!
