About Dagmar

I have over two years of experience volunteering in a home care setting in Kissimmee/Orlando, where I have had the opportunity to serve both elderly individuals and, in other settings, children. During my time volunteering, I visit residents alongside my dog, Tammy, providing companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities such as encouraging and helping them during mealtimes. With proper authorization, I also spend one-on-one time with residents in their rooms, where I offer encouragement and, when appropriate, share uplifting spiritual conversations centered on faith, God, and hope. These interactions often bring comfort, peace, and joy to those I serve. I am passionate about working with both adults and children. I believe I have been given a genuine sense of patience, compassion, and love for caring for others. My goal is always to create a safe, respectful, and comforting environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and at peace.
