About Malayka

I have been working with AdventHealth for the past six years on an Orthopedic and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) unit, where I care for a variety of patients, including many elderly individuals. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong patient care skills, including monitoring vital signs, checking blood sugar levels, assisting with bathing, dressing, walking (ambulation), and other activities of daily living. I am compassionate, patient, dependable, and dedicated to making sure every individual feels safe, comfortable, and respected. Working in healthcare has taught me the importance of providing quality care while treating each patient with kindness and dignity. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. I love being able to provide comfort, companionship, and support while helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
