Vanessa went over and beyond what we expected of her. We hired her at the last minute in an emergency situation. She responded quickly to our inquiry and confirmed her availability. She arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about the issues involved in caring for our loved one. While we were away, she not only gave care, she also cleaned the kitchen and folded laundry! She texted us an update about when she gave meds and how things were going. We were very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. We will hire her again whenever we are in the area.
