Chivas has been wonderful to work with. She is very busy, but has let me know when she's available to help out. And when she commits to timeslots, she keeps her word, even if things get in the way. I can trust that she'll be there. When she has come to help with personal care while recovering from surgery, she has been gentle, respectful and helpful. Her communication is always positive and encouraging. She does a great job, and I recommend her highly.
