About Isabella

Hello! My name is Isabella L. I am 25 years old with a couple years of experience in senior care. I have worked primarily in the skilled nursing/rehab & long term care settings, however I also have some experience providing at home assistance/ care to Hospice & Alzheimer's/Dementia patients as well. I graduated from BSU in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. Since then, I have been working as a social worker at skilled nursing facilities in both Boise & Nampa & loving it! Working with the senior population has been so rewarding! I am very familiar & comfortable working with those that have Alzheimer's/Dementia, people with Complex Mental Health Diagnoses, & those that are on End of Life/ Hospice care. I have some experience in providing personal cares & helping with ADL's.
