Hello! I am Bette, and I graduated from Arizona State University in 1985, Magna Cum Laude, with my degree in Elementary Education. Prior to that, I earned an associates degree from Phoenix College in Business Management.. I have been certified to teach in the states of Washington, Oregon, and Arizona and taught for five years in grades 4, 5, and 6. I have also substituted in grades K-8 and tutored children in grades 2-6 for the past 3 years. I love working with children and helping them discover new ideas and knowledge. I am extremely creative and make learning fun for my students. With my experience, resourcefulness, and creativity, I have been very successful in tutoring, both in person and online. My main concerns are always the emotional and educational welfare of my students.
