Up until a recent family care transition, I managed a highly organized, 3. 5-year concurrent portfolio--balancing a morning role for 3 boys in Mission, KS and an evening position in Brookside caring for a toddler. I am a Psych major specializing in toddler milestones, positive discipline, emotional co-regulation, and neurodivergent care (Autism/ADHD). I am seeking a long-term partnership: either 1 full-time or 2 coordinated part-time roles.
