About Emmie

Hello! I have experience as a nanny for 8+ years. I've cared for children of all ages. I've been a nanny to twins (6 mo.-2 years). I was a full-time nanny to 3 boys, (10, 8, and 2 years). I've been a nanny for 2 boys, (5 and 2 years), & a newborn baby girl. I have sleep trained 1 infant & 2 toddlers. Additionally, I'm trained in emergency situations. I'm a retired EMT & previously worked in the Emergency Room for 3 years. I was first aid & CPR certified for adults, children, & infant. I'm trained do the Heimlich Maneuver & I know how to help/assist with respiratory compromises, & allergic reactions. Actively, I work for a local university & I am a college graduate. I love opportunities that allow me to babysit on weekends or evenings (2-3 days/week). Caring for children seems like second nature to me, as my mom has been running an in-home daycare the majority of my life. It's what I grew up with & what I know.
