I am searching for housekeeper to do turnovers for my rental property. Flexible hours, free to bring your child if needed. Laundry must be completed onsite or taken home and returned. Max 4 hrs per turnover and must follow checklists. Saturday's and Sundays may be required.

Our home is a 2 bed, 1 bath. ~800sq ft condo. We need help with general housecleaning, such as wiping counters, dusting, kitchen cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom cleaning. There is open parking spots. We are also on a main road, do access to public transportation should be close. We have one large dog. She is very friendly.

I'm looking for a reliable housekeeper for a well-lived-in home in Franklin Lakes. Lots of kids and so lots of laundry. Things will need organization on each visit. I can provide supplies and vacuum/ mop or if you have things you like to use you are welcome to use them. There is street parking or driveway it's a quiet cul-de-sac. Will need cleanings at least every other week. Sometimes weekly. The day of the week or time of day doesn't matter to me but I prefer weekdays to weekends.

Long story short, I'm a working mom who could use some assistance! Currently I have my son during weekdays while my husband works full time as a research scientist. I then work weekend nights as a PICU nurse while he's home with our son. We both love our jobs and love our son but have little to no time for anything else. I need someone a few hours a day, 2-3 days per week to keep our house moving and clean. Hello, I have a second house in st michaels and I am looking for a summer housekeeper who can come to the house each Monday or Tuesday this summer and change bed linens, tidy up the house, wash linens and towels, clean up the pool area, tidy the kitchen etc. We visit every weekend in the summer and it would be great to have one person come each week and make sure everything is cleaned up for the next weekend visit. Only light cleaning would be needed as I have a regular house cleaner but I do want someone who can organize, tidy and do linens and towels each week. Ideally the housekeeper would visit on Monday or Tuesday, but the schedule is flexible.
