Suffolk, VA Summer Nanny Jobs

We are searching for care for two children - 5 & 9 - once of which is special needs. Care will be from approximately 0900-1500 Monday-Friday. We are truly searching for summer-care but finding an ongoing sitter would be an extra benefit. Care provider would need to be comfortable encouraging non-verbal child to utilize her communication device, and providing diaper changes. More details can be provided upon request. We do also have a small dog who is very friendly and loves to cuddle.

Looking for a part time nanny. Opportunity to extend past summer for the right applicant. Additional hours possible for the right person. One 7-year-old boy with basic responsibilities to include pick up from camp, snack, play time. Light housekeeping and meal prep a plus but not required. Hourly rate plus gas etc. included. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (two small dogs and one cat) and who is CPR certified. I'm looking for a nanny to watch my boys over summer break. I have a 4. 5-year-old, with soft signs of autism. Other than some quirks and a slight speech delay, he's like any average little guy. I also have a 6. 5-year-old with ADHD and some emotional regulation "challenges" lol. Looking for someone who can be firm and help him in his moments of frustration. He's made allot of progress but that can all be undone by spending time with someone who will appease him every time he gets upset. He's very loving and creative, very cool kid, but to care for him, means coaching him through his frustration, not giving in to him. Looking for care for them M-F from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We live within walking distance of pool, library and park. I am flexible with hours and could consider an earlier start/end time, so please reach out if interested.

We are looking for an energetic and fun nanny for 2 children in Suffolk, ages 1 and 3. Days in the summer would be Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If care is continuing in the fall and beyond, transportation might be required for my daughter's preschool days depending on the days of the week.

Looking for help 3 days per week with every other Saturday evening a bonus! Perfect candidate will be able to pick up my 8-year-old son from school at 3:30 Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and provide transportation home. Once home, general duties include play, snack, some light housekeeping or meal starting as necessary. I do ask that homework get at least started. We do have dogs so pet lovers are a must! Saturdays are optional but ideally would be 1-2x per month for date night!
