Can be high stress moments in the normal day to day with 3 kids, one baby (almost 1), one non-verbal 5-year-old with autism and a 6-year-old in kindergarten. Mostly just looking for a sitter 2-4 hours on the weekend here and there. Depending on the time of the day, could be some food preparation/feeding involved along with scheduled nap times for the baby. Not a full-time position but one or two days on the weekend per month. Experience with children with autism is a must.

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Struthers. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. The schedule will vary. During the week they are both in school full time until 3 and 3:30, so we may need help week days after school. On the weekends, it will vary and will be flexible. We would not need someone full time and we would like to work around your schedule and ours. We understand the importance of good work and life balance. There will be days where I'm home but I may med some help and someone would just have to play with the girls while I'm doing laundry or running errands. Our 3-year-old has Down Syndrome and loves to play and get all the attention for herself. She's a sweetheart. Our 5-year-old loves crafts and does great at craft station
