Hello! We are looking for a nanny for our two kids 4-5 days a week. Our son is 2 years old and has Down syndrome. Our daughter is due to be born May 2023. Our son will start preschool in January 2024, so we would like help with transportation between school and home on those days. We have two dogs, a labradoodle and a shih tzu.

We are a loving family with three children (9y/o, 4y/o, and a 2 y/o) looking for a reliable Nanny to provide full time childcare M-F (schedule may be more flexible after July). Ideally, looking for someone with experience taking care of children with Down Syndrome that can work with us for a year or more. Two of the kids will be in school full time so this will be primarily working with our 2-year-old boy with Down Syndrome.

Hi! We are looking for a nanny/house manager that could work one day per week, approximately 7-8 hours and also one weekend per month. Ideally, this person would be our backup in case our full time helper is not available. Open to giving more summer hours and potentially looking for someone who could attend camps with my 12-year-old son who has Autism. I am looking for a great babysitter for 2 kids (one special needs teen) in Dublin. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets, someone who has college degree or working towards education degree. The most important thing is I need though is a super star with special needs experience!! My son, 14, has severe autism. He has the biggest heart and the best laugh but we need assistance. He is classified as non verbal but he has his words. He needs someone string and FAST as sometimes we take off. He loves the outdoors and walking. He also loves to chill with his mobile tech. like most teens. You'll need to be comfortable in administering medication tablets. He takes them well but will need it give to him (and checked for swallowing) I'm looking more for a helper so I can get things done. My 11-year-old daughter is easy peasy and a huge help with he brother

We are blended family of 8. We have 5 children, whose ages range from 1. 5 to 11 years old, in the home and 3 adults (one adult who is a roommate). All 3 adults work different hours. We have 3 dogs in the home as well, 2 are medium sized and 1 is big. So, we need someone who is comfortable with dogs. The oldest child has severe ADHD, so we would need someone who can be patient with him. The usual time we would need someone to start the day is 11 a.m. until anywhere from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30/7 p.m. The only times we would need someone earlier is if there are appointments us adults have or have to get a child to. On some Wednesdays we would need someone who can stay until about 9 p.m. at the latest. We run very busy schedules so whoever watches our children needs to be flexible. Some Friday nights for date nights.

If we find a good fit, we may make it a recurring job. my son is autistic (non verbal) so we ideally need someone who has worked with kids that have autism. thanks in advance! Our interests and values include honesty and full transparency. The kids love any outdoor activities that include jumping, running, or playing in water. He is autistic so helping him with sensory games and speech would be a plus. He is nonverbal, so he doesn't have "traditional" communication. we're looking for someone who has experience with non-verbal children. I am looking for a great and very patient sitter for 2 children in Columbus while I work during the day. My 4-year-old is currently being tested for autism and goes to preschool every other week for 4 days and would need assistance getting on and off the bus. My 2 yr old is pretty energetic and loves running outside. I would prefer someone who could help out with meal preparation for lunch. I prefer a sitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.

My kid's love movies, iPad games, playing outside, coloring, playing cars. Oldest son has autism and is nonverbal. Youngest is 3 and is only one still in diapers. They need help getting food, and prompts on getting ready for bed. Caregiver should be patient with oldest with autism, but he is easy going and just enjoys playing iPad, and relaxing in his room. You just need to feel comfortable with the fact that is isn't verbal, but communicates with his iPad.

Will need to take children to practices. Will pay for mileage. Our oldest son has ADHD but is managed well on medication and lot of love :).

Our family is trying to start over. Fiancé left me as a stay at home mom with two kids and no options. I am pursuing full time work Monday through Friday in order to get us back to where we need to be. My oldest daughter is 7 and is doing online school. She is laid back and easy going and loves her iPad. My younger daughter is 2 and a half and is a ball of energy. She isn't yet talking but is pretty independent. She loves books and playing. . Our ideal caregiver: Someone who can keep up with two children one of which is a toddler with special needs. . Additional needs include being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities.
