Looking for a full-time caregiver for our Adult family member with Mobility Challenges, Cognitive Disabilities, Controlled Seizure activity, and diabetes in Plano. He was diagnosed with anoxic encephalopathy secondary to accidental electrocution that has left him profoundly disabled. He is non combative and requires 24/7 care. A caregiver who is patient, engaging, fun loving, competent, attentive, with willingness to work with therapists is a necessity. The ability to lift during transfers is extremely important. Training will take place before the caregiver is left on their own. He enjoys being talked with not about. Prior to his accident he liked hiking and the great outdoors. Basketball and baseball were his sports of choice, but he watched football as well. He has 3 years of college cut short with the accident.

Looking for summer full-time caregiver for our Teen family member with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cognitive Disabilities, Mobility Challenges, Cerebral Palsy, Speech Delay, Seizure Disorder, Asthma, Blindness/Visual Impairment in Plano. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Need to be willing to care for a teenage male who is non-verbal and uses pull ups. He is small 4'10" and 120 pounds. Need to be willing to train to provide feeds and med's through a feeding button. Be comfortable with pets. This is a W2 position.

Duties will include making food, developmental play, helping him with daily activities, possible trips to area playground, store or other fun activities.
