We need a nanny for our 2 children (5 years old and 1-year-old) in Phoenix. This would be someone who can pick up the kids from daycare/school, bring them home, and entertain them until approximately 5:30 p.m. The kids go to school. So, you must have reliable transportation. Additionally, you must be LGBTQ affirming. Also, we have a dog and a cat, so you will need to be comfortable with animals. A bonus is if you have a background in behavioral health. Our 5-year-old has ADHD (and therefore, some emotion regulation difficulties). She has a lot of energy and will need someone who can appropriately support her. We are absolutely able to give direction on what she needs/how to interact with her; however, it would be amazing if someone has a background in this as well. We are willing to pay more for someone who has these ideal capabilities.

I am having ACL surgery (Knee) and I need a lot of help with my children while dad is at work. I have 2 children that have High-Functioning autism (Ages, 5 and 2) and 1 that is a typical developing child (Age, 3) I need someone to possibly drop off my son at school and pick him up. Also, entertain the girls during the day and light meal prep. My husband will make sure things are super easy for you as far as meals and snacks for the girls. I will be working from home as well so I can help as much as my recovery will allow. Looking for someone who is patient and understanding. Someone who has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum before and a bonus if you know ASL. (Not required though) We have a 7-month-old Goldendoodle who is very sweet and playful.

Hello! I am looking for someone to help with transportation and looking after my oldest son. Most days, it should be pretty relaxing! He gets picked up from school and then receives behavior therapy for his autism at my home from experienced clinicians. Most days, there isn't much needed - I just need a 2nd adult to be there - so this is a great fit for a student where you can do your homework. Occasionally, there may not be therapy, but he is still a fun kid to be around! I also have a younger son that may be home sometimes who is likewise very fun and easy to watch. Besides some regular afterschool work, I would ideally to have 1-2 evenings per week of extended hours. This is optional though and can be very flexible.

30-40 hours EVERY OTHER week. Mon-Thurs. Special needs willing or experience is necessary. Need someone who can help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We prefer a babysitter who does not smoke.

I am a Dad of special needs twins (boy/girl). Having an extra set of hands in the afternoons when they get out of school would be a great help. They are both wheelchair bound so you would need to be able to lift about 75 pounds (body weight is a bit easier than just a 75 pound box if you're not familiar). Transfers from chair to bed, chair to changing table, chair to shower table are a must. I'm 50 and it isn't a problem. I wouldn't even mind helping with transfers (as would their mother on her weeks with them). They are a delight and have their own funny, quirky personalities. While they are physically challenged, they are mentally, cognitively and emotionally 100%.

My kiddo has adhd but is very loving and energetic. Listens but you need to be comfortable putting your foot down.

Hi! We are looking for a quality nanny in Phoenix to help play with and love on our 2 kids! I am pregnant and due in 4 weeks, and need to be off my feet a little more. I will mostly be home, but need extra hands. We plan to continue with a nanny after the baby is born. Our 6-year-old son is on the autism spectrum. He is very fun and smart. He loves learning about animals of all kinds, has a really fun imagination, and loves to play outside! Drawing and reading science books are his favorite things. Our 3-year-old daughter is very girly and loves to pretend play with her animal figurines, play outside, and has a very silly personality. We do not have much screen time in our house. Also, the kids are homeschooled. But for the most part, we don't expect the nanny to do school with our son. We are hoping to have nanny help for 3 days a week, for 3 hours at a time. Mostly the help will be wanted on weekdays, but occasionally a weekend shift would be helpful, as my husband works on some weekends. Hours can be somewhat flexible. We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Tempe. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. She is a special needs 1-year-old which I can go into more detail privately but you will also be responsible for helping getting her to her therapies as well.
