Need help with our adorable 3 1/2-year-old son on the autism spectrum in the evenings after ABA therapy. He is verbal and very loving but not potty trained yet. Sitter must be reliable, energetic and kind. Also must have reliable transportation to pick my son up from therapy at 5:30 p.m. and watch him for two hours until I get home from work from 7-730 p.m. You will always be paid for two hours regardless of actual time. Option for more hours in the mornings and weekends if desired but evenings are the main priority. Hello, my girlfriend and I are looking for a sitter one Saturday a month for our four energetic kiddo's! The two older kids are average girls, ages 8 and 7. My oldest son is 5 and is on the lower end of the autism spectrum. He is a normal kid for the most part, although some of the main challenges may be separation issues with me and abnormal behavior (such as not listening or emotional) which may be more than the average kid his age. The experts have compared it to sensory traits and also compared it to Asperger's. Then my youngest is 14 months old. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. We have a cat, who is pretty self sufficient. The dog may need to be let out every now and then, but he can stay in his kennel if needed. We look forward to hearing from you!

His two sisters are in school and he currently has ABA therapy in home on line but we need some help during the downtime for a few hours a day. E is a very sweet, lovable, attention loving, dancing boy. He is growing and needed some high energy play time. Some light reinforcement of what he is learning in his school time (ie. Flash cards, crafts help, etc.) We would need a person with lot of energy, enthusiasm and initiative and a reliable schedule. Patience and fun but also and aid for light daily tasks (practicing and help with putting on shoes and jackets, etc.)
