Our son is 4, almost 5 yrs old. He has autism, ADHD, and is non-verbal (very vocal though). He's generally very happy and has lots of energy. I have told people in the past, T requires learning.... as in, to care for him, you need to "learn" him; his behaviors and how to communicate with him. I work full time while dad has been staying home to take care of him. We are looking for someone to give him a much needed break occasionally, and hopefully be able to move that into a more full time position, so Mike may return to work.

I am currently looking for someone who has teaching experience for my amazing little boy. My son was diagnosed with autism and adhd so he has a learning and speech delay. Looking for someone to he interactive with him and his learning needs and keep him playing outside. Things we are looking for help with reading, speech, arts and crafts and structure as he is about to be 4 and we would like for someone to help him getting used to sitting down and doing activities instead of running all over the place, outside play and learn. Must be comfortable with pets I have a boxer who lays around the house he doesn't need anything but he sheds. No light housekeeping it just stated that but I will need someone to of course heat and feed him the meals I have prepared. Willing to commute if wanting to watch him in your own home

This would be watching them and transporting kids to daycare and school in the morning. They need help with remembering to do their hygiene and to put on clean clothes. May need to work weekends. I work 4 on two off with rotating days. My child is a high needs child, he has Autism spectrum disorder. You must be willing to be trained to deal with him. He has some self injurious behaviors, loves to play in water and needs clear communication. I need someone extremely patient with him, the only time you would be alone with him would be a four hour window, not sure exactly when that would be as of yet. He has ABA during the day and there would be a trained Behavior Therapist with him during the day except that four hour window. No discipline will be warranted, absolutely no spanking. Redirection will be used for any unwanted behaviors. The Behavior Technician will be there to mitigate most behaviors, please use tactics they use only.

all 3 children are ADHD and on medications. one of the twins shows signs of being on the spectrum of autism. They need someone that is willing to snuggle on the couch, likes reading to children and patient enough for the younger 2 to read to you. Willing to help with homework and have them fed and snacks ready for after school activities. all 3 children are active either with Dance or Karate. Need reliable car and good driving record with insurance. Will need to show proof. we have a Pit bull that is a big baby. Will need to be patient until he gets to know you.
