Part time job M-F 4:30pm-9 p.m. Schedule may change during summer months. We will often be home while you are providing care. Option to work 1 weekend a month. Option to work extra when school is out. Our daughter cannot walk, talk, sit or do anything on her own. Includes diapering, feeding, bathing, her laundry and housekeeping for her room and bathroom. Must have High School diploma or GEG and BLS CPR/First Aid. (College degree is NOT required.) Pay is through a payroll agency and requires paperwork to be filled out and approved and a criminal background check. Our daughter is usually very happy and very easy to care for. You can expect to have free time in between meeting her needs and you are welcome to have phone or laptop with you. We do have cats and dogs so no pet allergies.

Caregivers needed to take shifts with my wonderful 61-year-old brother with Down Syndrome in our family home in Granbury. He requires around the clock care since he is like a toddler. Help with all daily life skills needed: Bathing, toileting, dressing, having a good time, etc.! As of last year, feeding tube and catheter have been added. We will train. Current staff members are working 4, 6, 8 or 12 hours. We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Granbury. He is awesome and has autism. He will need to be picked up from school, brought home and watched until we arrive.

My middle child has high functioning autism. He can communicate and pretty independent but does need help with little things like dressing and hygiene.

My 17-year-old daughter has POTS, which means she has days where she is in bed a lot from dizzy spells and could pass out from low blood pressure. She's pretty independent, she drives, goes out with friends and such, but has off days.. she needs help being more independent and learning tips and tricks to do so. She is homebound from school so hours would be during the day. She also has a home health nurse come twice a week for her infusions and has to have someone present for that as well. Light housework, help with laundry and general "adulting" help each day. Getting her ready for college is extremely important, making sure she is independent. We are a tight family. We do a lot together. Trust and communication is key R has POTS, EDS and ADHD. She is very independent but the brain fog from her POT is extremely REAL so she struggles. She knows her body but she is a teen so sometimes pushes herself to the extreme and crashes

Monday through Friday, our son has dinner at 6:30pm, a bath at 7:30pm, story time at 8:00 p.m. with lullabies and then lights out. He does has ADHD.

R. has POTS, EDS and ADHD. She is very independent but the brain fog from her POT is extremely REAL so she struggles. She knows her body, but she is a teen so sometimes pushes herself to the extreme and crashes. A typical crash leads to throwing up and passing out then days in bed because of low blood pressure and major body aches. Our main goal is to find someone to "hang out" with R. while teaching her tips and tricks to overcome the obstacles of her chronic illness to be more independent in her daily living skills.
