Looking for a part-time Parapro/CNA. Child is multiply disabled and is homeschooled. Responsibilities will include implementing online academic curriculum under the guidance of a speech therapist as the student uses. Also, working with PT and OT to implement goals which will improve access. Additional needs are- seizure monitoring and intervention, G-tube feedings, administering lifting and transferring, and diaper changing. Experience helping individuals with AAC is a bonus.

Looking for a full-time attendant care monitor /caregiver for our Teen family member with sleep disturbance, apnea, g-tube in Goodyear. Duties will include overnight monitoring for oxygen levels, seizures, and working to adapt to CPAP or supplemental oxygen. Ideal candidate will be a CNA.

We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We are foster parents, and we may accept new placements over time. Current Child is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. We have detailed instructions on what to expect and how you can help him regulate before escalating. Care is needed after school primarily. We welcome any questions you may have. Must have CPR/AED certification as child is in DCS custody.

Our ideal caregiver: Ideally, I need someone patient. My daughter has adhd and gets easily distracted, especially when it comes to homework. She needs constant redirecting. In addition to the adhd, E is also speech delayed so it can take a bit of effort to understand what she's trying to say. Otherwise, she's shy at first but will eventually talk nonstop. She loves to play, especially hide and seek, trampolines, and slides. Additional needs include having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities. Looking for care Wednesdays (11:30am-6:30pm), pickup from School at 11:45. Flexible start date.

He is a paralyzed vet, who breathes with a trace and vent. 54-yr old with great attitude lives with ALS so he cannot talk but speaks using a machine he controls with his pupils. He smiles & winks for quick responses. Duties: light grooming (brush teeth, wash face, clean nose). No bathing or changing diaper/chucks - staff does that. [Another caregiver comes to shave him and care for his nails 2x a week.] You would feed him his breakfast and lunch. You would advocate for him by calling a nurse or CNA by using the call button if he needs to be changed or suctioned. Responsible, caring adult. Nice personality. No certifications. Role is at Palm Valley Rehab. Yes, there's parking. No pets.
