I have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. The focus would be on the 3-year-old. His speech is at 24 months right now. We are looking for one on one help with his speech along with circle time and potty training. Possibly trying to get him to eat anything other than dino buddies. He is going to be getting evaluated for autism so I'm hoping to find someone who is patient and possibly has some experience with speech delays. I am flexible on the days and times. I work from home so I'll be able to distract his brother. Either one or two days a week preferred. We can do 2-3hours in the morning or after he comes home. I can pick him up early also. This would be 4-6 hours a week.

Looking for a caregiver for my 22-year-old son who has moderate autism. Mom needs to get out of the house on occasion, so I am looking for someone with patience and understanding. My son is non-verbal, he uses an ipad to communicate. Mostly he enjoys sitting outside in lawn chairs watching birds fly by, playing with his flags and gym mats. He is self-sufficient as far as toilet trained and feeding himself. However, would need someone to warm up meals for him. He is a sweet affectionate young man, very small for his age (5'6 135lbs).

We need a nanny for our 2 children (5 years old and 1-year-old) in Phoenix. This would be someone who can pick up the kids from daycare/school, bring them home, and entertain them until approximately 5:30 p.m. The kids go to school. So, you must have reliable transportation. Additionally, you must be LGBTQ affirming. Also, we have a dog and a cat, so you will need to be comfortable with animals. A bonus is if you have a background in behavioral health. Our 5-year-old has ADHD (and therefore, some emotion regulation difficulties). She has a lot of energy and will need someone who can appropriately support her. We are absolutely able to give direction on what she needs/how to interact with her; however, it would be amazing if someone has a background in this as well. We are willing to pay more for someone who has these ideal capabilities.
