We are looking for someone who we can rely on and will care for our daughter. Someone who's comfortable looking after a special needs child, shows compassion and patience. We are flexible with hours/days but need someone who is willing to commit to the job and be a stable part of our daughters life. The job will mostly be a mothers helper, as mom will be home most of the time. Once comfortable there will be some babysitting so we can go out on the odd date night. We're fun to be around and it's important you have a sense of humor. Our daughter is 12, nonverbal and is autistic. She needs help with feeding, dressing, bathing and going to the bathroom. She loves to play, swim in our pool and go for walks in the stroller or drives in the car but sometimes is happy to be left alone in her room with her music and the tablet.

Looking for companion/caregiver for teen girl with autism to have Saturday OR Sunday Fun days with - take to lunch, get nails done, go on outings in the area, etc. Availability some weekend nights preferred but not required.

Hi, I am the father of a 16-year-old low functioning autistic daughter. My daughter lives with her mother during the week and I have her every other weekend. I am looking for someone to help me for one week (M-F) so I can give my ex-wife a vacation. I will schedule taking my daughter during one of my vacations so I will be home and the position will be more of a father's helper. It is a live-in position for the week and the one that I hire will have her own bedroom and bathroom next to my daughters room. I would like to give my ex-wife a week vacation every 3-4 months regularly and we could plan the weeks in advance.
