Caregiver needed For The Special Needs Adult

Looking for a part time caregiver for our Adult family member with Autism. Ideal match will meet the requirements below.

Our special needs son will need help while recovering from a broken leg that required surgery. He has autism & needs added support at this time. He is verbal and normal tends to all his own needs. But now needs help transferring from bed to commode, Bed to wheel chair or to a recliner. Someone to help assist in some supported walking with the use of a Walker around the home to help him get back to being fully ambulatory. This would only be for a couple of wks.

Seeking a compassionate, responsible caregiver to help us care for and train our daughter. She requires assistance with all activities of daily living. Our family likes to spend time together watching sports, enjoying the weather outside or doing nothing. Our daughter is friendly; she loves music, puzzles and taking rides in the car. This position is to help care for our 21-year-old son E who is non-verbal with a diagnosis of autism. E is not toilet trained so this position will require changing diapers for E, but he provides assistance. It will also be necessary to assist with bathing. E is easily cared for at home. He enjoys watching videos and does not require constant supervision which would allow the caregiver time for homework or other at-home activities such as school work. Light housework and laundry is expected. One of his parents works from home so there is usually another adult in the house during the times needed for care. The caregiver would be expected to prompt C to follow a schedule of activities and breaks. The caregiver would be expected to keep C from harming himself or others with positive reinforcement. Training and explanations are available. Mom would sometimes be at the home working in her office and sometimes would be out on an appointment.
