I am looking for a great nanny for 2 children. The oldest child is autistic so being able to work with special needs is a must. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.

We have four lovely children! An 11 YO (girl, who is on the Autism spectrum but is very high functioning), 10 YO (girl), 8 YO (girl), and 5 YO (boy). Our children love to be active- swimming, hiking, nature walks, etc. but are great having "down" time, as well. We need someone who is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays while we work. We want them to be safe and enriched, not just stuck to their screens all day!

Alternative, professional, busy parents are looking for a reliable, responsible individual who can come to our house to take care of our three kids, 4, 10 and 12 (boy, girl, boy). The older two are quite self-sufficient, so it's more like making sure they do their chores and respect each other. The 4yo needs the most attention, as he has a condition where he tires easily, so he requires frequent breaks. He has a speech disorder and can be difficult to understand. He's a very happy kid. We're a very laid back household that thrives on organized chaos. I work a lot in my home office, but must leave without notice at times as my hours are unpredictable. You must be comfortable keeping the kids away from me when I'm on a call. Special needs experience preferred. MUST be comfortable with large dogs, as we have two. Long-term preferred.

About the child(ren): My son is very intelligent but suffers from ADHD and ODD. He does have asthma. I need a strong person that is willing to develop a good relationship with my son and help me get him to school, pick him up from school, do homework with him until I get off from work. I will need someone to meet me at my home at 7 a.m. to take my son to school. I will need this person to pick up my son from school at 3 p.m. and keep him until I get off. I am usually off between 5-6 p.m. This person would be responsible for helping with homework and afternoon snack. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
