We have a 6-month-old daughter who was born with a brain injury, and she now requires morning and evening seizure medication. Additionally, she needs extra stimulation during her wake times to continue to help with brain development. She has a schedule we have started implementing and she does very well with it. Because she is so young we don't know specifically yet, but as she gets older she will likely have some special needs. We would love someone who could potentially be with her for more than just a few months.

I need full time or part time (job share). I'm looking for someone fun, safe, and patient to help my 25YO daughter who has Down Syndrome with daily living skills. Help her with daily chores such as cleaning her room, making her bed, and organizing her stuff. Must have skills to divert attention. She will need help with preparing a menu and grocery list along with grocery shopping and cooking. Simple meals she could make. Some self care help such as trimming/file/painting nails. Appropriate behavior with strangers. The job entails helping my daughter learn independent skills and getting her out in the community. She loves to go on a daily walk, music, swimming, and dancing. She needs needs someone to be a friend. The goal is to help her be as independent as she can be. Full time or I can work with 2 part timers.

Duties will include making food, developmental play, helping him with daily activities, possible trips to area playground, store or other fun activities. We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Our son is 6 years old and has autism spectrum disorder, and we would prefer someone who has experience with autism. We have three dogs, so must love pets!
