My daughter is 16 and has autism. Her mental status is that of maybe a 7-year-old. She attends school. l need help getting her home from school, to help with her bath and spending 1 on 1 time with her. l work on the weekends and need someone with her. She enjoys spending time at the pool, playing video & board games . She also likes watching cartoons. I am looking for someone who has experience with special needs and enjoys playing and spending time with young children. To get to our home you would need your own vehicle. We do live in a gated community.

Looking for a therapist Occupational and Physical therapist, we will discuss the payment later, or maybe a regular nanny to take care of my son. My son is non verbal, he can walk but need assistant, he cannot feed himself, needs to give a bath, brushing his teeth. He is taking medication for anti seizure. If you are willing I can teach you how to take care of my son. My son is always happy, no tantrums issue, very nice and sweet kid. He loves playing outside.

Hello, we are seeking a part time caregiver for our 17-year-old daughter who is on the autism spectrum. She is high functioning and very friendly, but requires guidance as she navigates self care and after school activities. We are looking for someone who can pick her up from her school on Wednesdays at 12:30pm, help her at home for a few hours, then drive her to a special needs program she attends at 4 p.m. Will pay hourly rate and mileage.

This job would be mostly helping my son who is non verbal with autism with his bed time routine and reading books. This would be for my husband and I to go out for dinner some Saturday evenings. We are looking for a possible extra set of hands for our 2. 5-year-old that has Angelman Syndrome. We currently have a nanny that works M-F while we are at work. We have three other children that have homework, sports and other events in the evenings. Sometimes we just need another person to play with our youngest, give him a bath, feed him, etc. with all the other kids activities going on. We have 25 hours of possible respite care a month if you are interested in that. Respite pays you $16. 80 and hour. Preferably we would like someone with special needs or therapy background. I'm looking for someone to be at the home to receive Special Needs Teen from Tuesday to Thursday. Would only be needed from 1 to 2 hours tops. There may be times someone may be here at the home but due to meeting schedules we may be unable to walk away and receive him. He is also deaf and no verbal but can communicate using ASL or pictures. There may be times we might need help having his food warmed and served. Not much else would be needed. He has his usual routine and sticks to it without change.

In need of someone to watch my son who is hearing impaired and on the spectrum. We would need this person Monday through Friday and on weekends if available. My son will be getting out of school around 3 p.m. and will need care till about 5 p.m. On Fridays he gets out of school at noon and will need to be cared for from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. My son is very active and playful and needs an energetic person to watch him. If you are willing to pick up my son, that would be great as well. It's important to be engaged with our son at all times. He gets bored easily if someone is not watching and behavior problems can occur. Being respectful and polite is imperative as he is a developing child. Caring and empathy is absolutely a must for a child on the spectrum but also being firm and having high expectations for him is crucial. Our son is autistic and needs a lot of attention as does any child. In particular, it's important to talk with him and engage him in activities, games and exercise. The traits that I am looking for is patience, caring, firmness and being able to think on your feet. Yes We have one small dog who is a mut.

I am looking for a nanny that will be able to watch my son J on the days that I work (Friday through Monday). J is 17 years old and Autistic. He is very self-reliant as long as he is in my apartment. He is a super fun and sweet boy. I am looking for someone to pick him up from his bus stop which is at the front entrance of my apartment complex at 1:30 and stay with him till I get home at 5:30. That would be Mondays and Fridays. On Saturday and Sundays, I would need someone to watch him all day from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The job does not require anything other than to stay at my place with J where he is most comfortable. Ideally, this would be a great job for someone who is a student and can use the time to do schoolwork. I do have a cat, Daisy. She is really sweet and tends to keep to herself.
