Hello! We are a family in the process of relocating to the triangle. We have just purchased our home in Apex, and are seeking Homeschool Private Educators for our three elementary school students. Our children, ages 9, 6 and 5, have been home schooled for the last year with the support of a full time private educator and private tutors and we are looking to continue this method of education with experienced educators in the triangle area. Our preferred school schedule is Monday - Thursday 9a-2p. Our core homeschool learning consists of Natural Science, English (reading, literature & written composition), Math, Social Studies and Art. We're looking for a homeschool teacher to come in for about 4-5 hours a day, create curriculum, and teach our kids as an alternative to private school.

We have a couple of Engineering Enthusiasts at home and are looking for a private tutor knowledgeable in Engineering/Robotics/Coding to help them create more exciting projects. The kids are 8 and 9 years old with some previous exposure (we've made various simple bots like bristle bots, they do Lego technic sets and kiwi crates, they play Minecraft. We will provide any needed materials but need you to develop ideas with the kids. We are located in Burbank and have some flexibility for scheduling in the afternoons for a 1-2 hour weekly lesson. Ideally this would be in person but we are open to look at online options for the right fit.

Essentially since no schools in our area provide second-language classes at this crucial learning stage, we'd like to our 2 kiddos to have a private instructor to help them become fluent. Preference would be Spanish but, since the kids are young (4 & 7), they're sponges and we're open to them learning other languages as well.
