Karter/Shihtzu Fendi/Shihtzu Karter is laid back but when he sees other dogs or animals he likes to come from out his collar to get loose. He likes to run off and it's hard to get him back because when you get to catch him he runs from you. Fendi is the baby she's very friendly and really is not trained to use the bathroom outside. When karter see other dogs or if he want to go to a certain area he will try to pull to get out of his collar and if you pull back his leash will come from around his neck and he will run away.
