I need an experienced hands-on care provider for my wife in her 70s. We need help Tuesdays and Thursdays while I work from home. Brenda is confined to a wheelchair, and we use a stand-assist device for transfers. She is currently taking nutrition and medication via tube-feed, but we hope she'll get back to oral nutrition, at which time we would require some meal preparation. It would be a plus if the care-giver were experienced with (or willing to learn how to use) a stand-assist, a percussion vest, a cough assist device, a nebulizer, tube feeding, and a shower transfer system (i. e. bathing). The care provider should be able to "coach" and assist Brenda in light rehab exercises. We would prefer experience with managing and administering medication. Some light housekeeping is preferred. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.

We're in search of an engaging, loving caregiver for our two boys who are 2 and 7 months. You would spend time with our children for a few hours on a Saturday. Our 2-year-old loves pretend play, puzzles, building, books, running races, and being told stories. Our 7-month-old loves watching his brother and engaging with what he's doing. He's almost crawling and loves having some assistance to sit up and get around. Your only responsibility would be the children (no housework) and you would just be in our home (no outings). This would likely include feeding them, but I'll have things available and a set menu. Your time may include helping the 7-month-old nap in our Ergo carrier that you would wear, or we may just schedule your time around his naps. Both boys are in diapers. They are energetic, kind and so fun!
