Currently looking for a little help in the mornings to allow me to be independent the rest of the day. I am a 39-year-old with a spinal cord injury, living otherwise self-sufficient. Need some light assistance with stretching, dressing, and minimum assist or just supervision with transfers to shower chair or wheelchair. Other light housekeeping, meal prep, or just getting prepared for the day would be the final component of assistance. Timing can be flexible, but generally will need to be working from home during the week by 8:00 or 9:00. If you're looking for more or less hours, that can also be something we work towards.
