I am a single mother recently relocated to FL. I have a 4-month-old baby boy. I am getting into real estate among other things and need assistance at different times. Sometimes with very little notice.

About who needs care: A veteran with mild dementia who needs to have breakfast and lunch cooked and dinner warmed up. Assistance with reminders for medication. Reminder for taking walk. Very easy going. Great for students due to a lot of down time for studying/reading. About the care needs: Understanding of dementia- gentle reminders. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Transportation. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). The care is for my brother. He is 66 and the greatest guy in the world. He was born with polio and needs help with bathing and dressing to start. The position will increase once we move and start getting our lives started in Florida. I will eventually want someone to take him places, appointments and stay with him. He will be living with me but I plan to return to work although I recently retired. We are looking for someone to help twice a day on school days only for 2-3 weeks. This would be about 6-7:30 in the mornings and then about 4:30-7:30 in the evenings. This would be to assist caregivers in the mornings to get our 5 and 7-year-old girls ready for school (wake up, brush teeth, get dressed, have breakfast, pack snacks/lunch, check backpacks/homework). In the evenings you would assist with homework, dinner, getting ready for bed. The girls' regular caregivers will be home, this position is just to assist with an extra set of hands. No transportation to or from school would be required.
