I am a self-employed professional that works with legal/mortgage documentation for the state and multiple different banking and lending institutions. I am on the road all day from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. for work, and I am looking for an executive assistant who will to come to my home office each day in the afternoons to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Tasks will include: - Printing all legal documents for daily meetings - Reviewing documents to make sure everything was printed to match client's names and address, and no documents are faded with ink - Logging and maintaining an income and expense spreadsheet - Tracking payments and communicating with clients who have not paid - Messaging clients to confirm for our appointment (copy and paste pre-set message templates) - Packaging/Shipping of miscellaneous items

Seeking assistance with managing a fast paced household and home-based businesses. Including errands and shopping for personal and business. Property management assistance for Airbnb rentals, coordinating with guests and staff, inventory management, etc. Social media and marketing for wellness practice. Assistance with photography and videography required. Lite event planning and assistance across the board with both personal and executive level work. Must have own transportation. Comfortable with dogs and cats and able to transport pets and children.

Our 1 1/2-year-old daughter is sweet and silly. She likes books, bird and dog spotting in the neighborhood, and playing outside. She is neurotypical, no special needs. We parent in the RIE style, and would love you to be familiar and care give in the same style. Open to other similar caregiving styles as well. Light assistance to help with the household is needed, such as occasionally folding laundry or prepping vegetables (no cleaning other than tidying up LO's play space). If you like being outside- playtime at the beach and hiking in Topanga are both loved activities. The job will be our Topanga home. M-F and the job can be as little as 25 hours up to 35 Cash or W2 is okay, 1 week paid vacation, 3 paid sick days, and you are paid when we travel (2-3 weeks annually).

I am looking for a great babysitter for my 19-month-old son to help us out on Fridays (9-5ish). We have a lovely home in Topanga Canyon and a great dog, Suzy, who will keep you wonderful company. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle a lunch-time meal prep, occasional assistance with laundry would be great and very much appreciated!

Our daughter is a very intelligent, curious, playful toddler! she loves to walk outside, learn things, and play! she is a talker! at 15 months she has nearly 40 words, and we want to encourage her love of language and communication. She needs structure and consistency in establishing good eating habits, so someone who can cook for her and do mealtimes is essential. Our schedules change quickly as both parents are working actors, so flexibility and ability to travel with short notice is needed! . Our ideal caregiver: flexible, active, engaged, loves to talk to baby, ideally speaks language other than English, enjoys outdoors, ideally can/enjoys swim, not afraid of bugs, structured, can cook for baby and do mealtimes, has car, has passport and can travel. Looking for someone to assist with cooking family meals. No special culinary skills necessary, just following recipes. 1 day/ week 4-5 hours (flexible as to which day of the week and block of time). Must be able to follow recipes as we have different dietary requirements in our family. Ideally the person will also be able to food shop for the ingredients (adding an hour or so to the day). Thanks!
