My wife and I will need assistance with caring for our 3-month-old daughter in August while we work 7:30-4 p.m. during the week. We have two dogs and a cat so we hope to find someone who is comfortable with animals in the home as well!

I'm looking for hands-on care for my wife in her 70s. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. She needs help with using the restroom, transfers and dressing. She is a wonderful lady, everyone that have taken care of her, have loved her.

Non-smoker to provide homemaker duties and personal assistance for a quadriplegic. Duties include driving my vehicle and going with me for various errands and appointments. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only needed for now. PAY starts at $23/hr $26/hour after 30 days. About who needs care: My father has Parkinson's. It comes and goes, sometimes and days he is mobile without issue, other days it's a struggle to simply operate at a minimal functional level. He is lucid which helps, though his verbal comms are starting to suffer. He lives by himself ( for the time being ) and could use general help ranging from moving around the house, possibly an errand, groceries, normal elderly life activities. About the care needs: Patience, he is gentle and at the same time a handful, always has been. My father is a former USAF pilot, and holds numerous degrees. He works out several times a week and is very active given his Parkinson's. We are currently looking at new housing alternatives for him, though for the immediate future will need some assistance. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

About who needs care: Alice had a stroke in late March 2021. It has created a left side deficit ( almost immobile on this side) . She has weekly OT/PT to exercise, stretch and encourage movement on this side and the rest of her body. She needs meals prepared for her, but can feed herself with her right hand. We can tolerate some weight on her right leg for simple transfer, but encourage caretakers to only do what they are comfortable with from past experiences. She does word searches and like looking at family photo albums to recall memories. She enjoys going outside if it is nice, a walk down the street or sitting on patio... or ax throwing.. Its a game:) - She has the following for daily care needs : an electric Hoyer an electric hospital bed wheel chair electric recliner electric bath chair -many stretch bands, weights, braces, etc for daily activities and mobility aids. - She use a pure wick external catheter system to prevent skin breakdown. Looking for Sun- Wed care takers. Approximate hours: Sun: 11-6 Mon: 9- 7 Tues: 9-7 Wed 12-10 Needs assistance with activities of daily living, preparing meals for her, light house keeping, bathing, toileting, linens, daily vitamin/medication reminders. Ability to use automated blood pressure cuff, finger pulse ox for daily vitals. No vaccine requirement! She has had covid and has antibodies, as does everyone in household. Must be okay with dogs. Pay per experience. About the care needs: Alice is hard of hearing in Left ear, masks make it difficult for her to hear and see who is speaking to her occasionally. Post stroke she can become anxious and it helps to see a smile and familiar face. So someone that can speak clearly and loudly when needed. Someone that can assist with OT/PT providers when they are there. Assist with communication, if needed. A CNA or someone with prior elderly care taking experience preferred. Comfortable with patient transfers, bathing, visiting, hoyer lift knowledge, stroke experience preferred but not required. Someone that just enjoys and appreciated patient care and understands elderly population. Will engage with Alice Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
