Hello, we are looking for a caregiver to go with us on vacation in Daytona Beach FL., from February 9th until February 11th. We are looking for someone to go with us on the vacation for these dates and help me with my physical needs. I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2, I am in a wheelchair full time, and I need help with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and often adjustments in my chair during the day. My wife and I are celebrating her birthday and we would like some assistance so that we can truly enjoy the celebration safely. Room and board included with pay. Our little man travels from his mom's place in SC and stays with his father and I for 2 weeks of the month. Please note this schedule may change in the next few months. We both work from home and need help at least 3 days a week during the time he is with us because we both work from home. He wakes up full of energy and does best if he follows a daily routine. Our ideal caregiver: Our ideal caregiver will be available at least 2 weeks per month for 3x days a week. Schedule is flexible/changing, but we will need the caregiver to arrive on time at the agreed upon time and help us to take care of our sweet 1-year-old while we work during the day.
